As a Business Coach I am passionate about helping CEOs and leaders improve profits, people and planet.  My core client is a purpose driven CEO who is a continuous learner and is willing to invest and follow-though to reach growth and transition goals. Services provided include strategic planning, meeting facilitation and executive coaching to CEOs and leadership teams for mid market privately held companies and select non-profits whose interests and passions align with mine.  I have a love for the outdoors, ecology and conservation and have dedicated much of my career and hobbies to being a good steward of native habitats and our earth's biodiversity. My company is net carbon neutral using solar power and offsetting all carbon from my business with purchase of credits from Mamoni Valley Preserve rainforest in Panama.  I also donate 1% of my revenues to 1% for the Planet non-profits.
